PERSONAL AND FAMILY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS 

SOLVING ISSUES (families and individuals) 
Program combines anti-bullying, self-defense, anti-drugs, improving self-image, respect, rejection, fashion, leadership, community giving, business ownership, gesturing and having positive family, personal and business relationships. Workshops for ages 5-12 and 20 and over 

CREATING DESTINY (families, youth, adults and artists) GRANT WRITING TEAM
Apply for grants bi-weekly as you learn how to write various proposals, help each other raise money for causes, and support each others events. You work on a grant writing team and get support learning, writing and applying for grants monthly for individuals, youth, events, programs and projects for groups and non=profits. Apply for funding and donations for yourself as you help others reach their goals, launch their events and make their visions come to past. We provide lists of who is funding, when and in what area. Team members also bring in grants they want help writing and applying for. Each month team members apply for donations of money, supplies, equipment, space, vehicles, food, emergency help with bills and more. The fee is $20 per year to be a member of the team.The team consist of teenagers, business professionals, non-profits, artists, foster care youth, veterans, small businesses and clubs.

CAD FITNESS & HEALTHY MIND & BODY PROGRAMS

COOK SMART, EAT SMART, LIVE SMART                      
This program improves access to youth and adult health screenings, learning how to grow healthy food at home and obesity and undernourishment prevention at our CAD training center. We also travel to block clubs, festivals, neighborhood parks, schools, churches and conferences to advocate wellness, promote self-esteem, do cooking and fitness demonstrations, register individuals, families groups and entire block club members to learn healthy cooking and eating and to compete for trips. Cook Smart Eat Smart Chef challenges were created by Tamika Shelton.
 
A BETTER ME
Etiquette, Self-Esteem, A better fashionable you. For young girls and boys ages 13 to 16 and 17 to 19. Professional Models, Sharon Oliver Merchant and Jill Opal Oliver Techniques and Tips are used to transform youth into their best mentally, physically and tastefully dressed and exposed to fine dining and cultural activities and living. There is a formal dinner, youth team video project, fashion photography shoot and fashion show following the training.

CAD WORKFORCE PROGRAM

CAREER FORUM & DONATIONS FOR YOU 
At CAD Career Forum you speak over a mic to a group of employers and highlight your skills and they bid for an interview with you. You may receive a gas card, career clothing and accessories, get interviewed and hired, internships, apprenticeships and scholarships
