Youth teach seniors. Seniors teach youth. Disabled teach non-disabled. One culture teaches another culture. Cook, create fashions,crafts, fine, performing and production arts,technology, community and business projects together to help burn victims, ill, homeless, at-risk, low income, deprived neighborhoods,  the under-educated,under-employed chaperone trips, tutor and lead games. Fulfill your requirement for school,so that you can graduate. Complete your internship or externship with us.

Ages ten to senior citizen are eligible.

CAD trains trainers, produces forums, conferences, seminars and workshops on personal development, anger management, leadership, employee morale, fundraising and how to write proposals, get grassroots, media and event sponsorship. CAD also provides panelists, speakers, instructors and entertainers.  New funding sources are introduced at each meeting and applications to apply for grants   
Travel locally, nationally, or internationally. Study   under a business, corporation, celebrity, athlete, politician, business owner, director, or millionaire. To Apply: Attend    “Solving Issues and Creating Destiny” for one year and do well in all assignments. Participate in meetings, field trips,   events, fundraisers, and internship. E-mail letter explaining the internship you desire, why and where you want the two trips. For ages 16 and up. Name a minimum of three persons in each industry you want to study under.   

CAD REGAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM - Stay on campus at CAD in an apartment
For Aged Out Foster Care Youth, Disabled, Veterans and Artists You can live at Regal Towers while interning or attending CAD. To earn rent payments for one month up to one year, apply to CAD’s residency program. You will attend trainings, be given assignments, be required to do volunteering, attend events and meetings for a period of six months up to one year on a part-time basis and showcase your work/talent. Your success in various areas will determine how long your rent will be paid and how much will be paid. You will be given job leads, work experience training, help to apply for grants and donations for your bills, business or a project Eligible Ages: 18 or older 

BTC- Back to College - College Students pick up your donated supplies and products to help you have peace of mind. The last thing you need to worry about when you have to study is class supplies. Register to be notified every semester when we are able to provide you with supplies, computers, electronics, special gifts and resources.

CSM – College Student Missions CAD is on a mission to help College students live easier. Students can request blankets, pillows, back packs, boxes of groceries, or other items not associated with class supplies that are on hand.   

VIP – Visitation Initiative forPeople CAD delivers baskets of plants, art, books, music, dvd’s, reads books, entertains, plays games and talks with seniors, the ill, disabled, burn victims, widows and those that don’t get visitors or rarely get visitors at their homes, rehab stay, hospital or apartments.     
RAC – Ramps and Chairs, Rails and Carts CAD builds wheel chair ramps and installs rails, provides carts to put on scooters and wheelchairs to carry groceries and belongings, and donates wheel chairs and scooters to those whose insurance and finances will not cover these items.        
CPF – Co-Worker Car Pool Friends CAD provides a gasoline voucher for one month worth of gas to employees that will give new employees without a reliable car or bus route. The carpoolers provide a ride to and from work for one month for their co-worker, giving them time to get their transportation together.                                  
SKIS – Sanitation Kit Initiatives Station CAD brings a sanitation station periodically, with kits containing body wipes, hypo allergenic deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush, tee-shirt, briefs and socks to give to those living on the street and temporarily puts a portable toilet stall in areas with a high homeless population on the streets.            
GREEN HOPE – Free landscaping, vegetable garden and yard clean up CAD youth and professionals provide free yard clean up, landscaping and vegetable gardens to seniors, disabled, and to struggling individuals, communities, parks and businesses.                
FUN FOR ALL – Festivals that team up disabled and non-disabled, young and elderly  to enjoy together Festivals that cater to special needs individuals and the general population so that seniors and the disabled don’t have to be left out or feel left out when it comes to playing games and enjoying fairs.                                                  
DONATION ROOM Youth and Adults with a CAD Membership can visit CAD’s Donation Room monthly or order personal or business items monthly to be donated to them.
